How to send a message in our mass text app
There are two ways to send a message in the Inbox.
The first is by clicking on an already existing message thread and typing your message in the “Enter your message” box at the bottom of the thread. You can add a link or a file from your computer if you need to. You can schedule a message by clicking “Schedule” instead of “Send” and choose a date and time.
The second way is by clicking on the icon above the list of “Recent Messages” on the left-hand side of your screen, adding up to 10 contacts^, typing your message^, adding a link or a file if you need to^, and clicking “Schedule” or “Send.” Please note that you can send a text message to up to 10 contacts from here even if they are not opted in. Remember, sending messages to multiple people through TextSanity won’t create a group message, but instead will create multiple individual message threads.
A scheduled message using the either Inbox page method will automatically be populated in your Broadcasts calendar. Keep in mind that the scheduled message will not show on the Inbox page until the text message is sent.
